Our Policy


We will require a non-refundable deposit of £50 which will secure the date of your event. The remainder of the outstanding balance must be received four weeks prior to your event date. If we have not received payment by this date we cannot hold your reservation. Where circumstances do not allow for this due to the time scales e.g funerals, we will ask for the full payment to be made on the day to our representative in attendance. You may pay by cash or cheque made payable to “Doves with Loves”. We will send a reminder to you prior to cancellation.


There will be no refund of any monies at any time should you decide to cancel your booking.

3.Inclement or Bad Weather

Whilst we will attend all events whatever the weather conditions, and do our best to release on your special occasion, the safety of our doves must come first. Therefore if severe weather conditions restrict us from releasing on the day of the event, a full refund will be made within 72hrs.

4.Event Delays

Release of the doves will be cancelled, without refund, if there is any event delay which results in there being insufficient time for the doves to have returned home before dusk. A fee may be charged for any excessive delay.

5.Our Attendance

Our representatives will be dressed accordingly for the day’s events and will co-ordinate with yourselves or a specified person on the day.

6.Our Doves

Our White doves are fed on a specially prepared diet before your event and it is therefore extremely unlikely that they will do any droppings during the release. In case of any accident, we cannot be held responsible, although this is something that has never happened in the past.
